In accordance with Article 32 of the Queensland Recreational Aircraft Association this email notifies you of the QRAA Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 26th August 2017 at the Warwick Airfield, Massie-Bony Mountain Road, Massie.

Time:  9.30am morning tea for 10.00am meeting followed by BBQ lunch.  Cost: $5 per person.

Venue: Danny & Lynn McCartin’s Hanger eastern end abeam 27 runway.

QRAA COMMITTEE

All members of the association are invited to nominate for positions on the QRAA committee.  However we are particularly seeking nominations for the position of Secretary.  This is a great opportunity to keep up to date with the latest information in recreational aviation, have input into local issues affecting the QRAA community, create new relationships and contribute to your club.  Information regarding the position of Secretary can be obtained from Denise Quinn 0419 144 199.

(b) Receive the association’s financial statement, and audit report, for the last reportable financial year;

(b) Presentation of the financial statement and audit report to the meeting for adoption;

(c) Election of members of the QRAA management committee;

(d) Appointment of the auditor for the present financial year;
